Scientific Visit of B Tech 1st Year students at RRCAT, Indore

We are glad to share that the Department of Physics had organized a Scientific Visit of B Tech 1st Year students at RRCAT, Indore on the occasion of National Science Day 2024 on February 25, 2024. The visit was coordinated by Dr. Malyaj Das, HOD Physics. The objective of the visit was to encourage the students to engage in scientific activities and consider careers in science and technology and understand how new technology works.
The visit was attended by 24 students along with two faculty members Dr. Bhawna Khirsagar & Dr. Ashok Kumar from Physics Department. The RRCAT visit was a wonderful experience for our students. They learned many things like demonstration of cloud creation by liquid nitrogen, LASER cutting, live demonstration of magnetic levitated train, glass blowing, 3D printing, cryogenics with explanation of the principle of rocket and working of remarkable INDUS 1 and INDUS 2.
