Department of Information Technology, Medicaps University, Indore organized the industry visit of IT 3rd year students at Integrated Control & Command Centre (ICCC), Smart City Indore, Geeta Bhawan Indore, on 16th Feb 2024. The visit was coordinated by Mr. Abhinav Rai, Engineer In-charge (ICCC). The objective of the visit was to understand how new technology like AI, Machine learning and IoT helps in any system automation and to generate required outputs effectively.
The visit was attended by 32 students along with two faculty members Mr Bharat Pahadiya and Ms. Jyoti Kukade. Students Interacted and gained Knowledge about how all door-to-door Waste collection vehicles are working and how software assists and helps to coordinate and Control All the pickup points. Students Also interacted with the team who worked on ITMS systems which enable a new technology using Cameras, AI and Image Detection for violation of different traffic rules and how E Challans are Generated online with the help of software. Information and working Use Case of mayor helpline 311 Application was also shared by the control room team and shared the use of software and technology to students.
