A Transformational Program by Department of Management, Medicaps University for MBA Students - Indore, 06.11.24 – Department of Management, Medicaps University is successfully organised Parivartan, an exciting and dynamic program designed to inspire, educate and empower MBA students. The program was held on 06 November, which was graced by Honorable Vice Chancellor Professor (Dr.) Dilip Kumar Patnaik, OSD to Chancellor Mr. Palash Garg, Director Branding Mrs. Saloni Garg, Pro Vice Chancellor Professor (Dr.) D.K. Panda, Dean of Management Department Professor (Dr.) Sanjay Jain and Chief Guest of the program Mr. Mohit Kumar Gupta-Vice President Eicher Motors.

The welcome address was given by the Head of the Department Professor (Dr.) Kalyan Kumar Sahoo with his thoughtful words. The program was successful in bringing a transformational experience that presented education, culture and entrepreneurship together. With a diversity of activities, Parivartan offered something for everyone, combining intellectual stimulation with cultural enrichment and real-world business insights.

The event was a combination of Startup Talks, Panel Discussions and Cultural Activities aimed at broadening the horizons of MBA students, helping them understand both theoretical and practical aspects of business in today’s fast-evolving environment. Key highlights of the Parivartan event: Startup Talks by Entrepreneurs- The event had a series of engaging talks by successful entrepreneurs like Company Secretary Rohit Khandelwal (Co-founder CoinGaber.com), Dr. Priya Agarwal (Financial Market Trainer) who shared their journey, challenges and strategies for building and growing a startup.

These talks inspired the students and provided them with actionable advice on entrepreneurship, innovation and the startup ecosystem. Panel Discussion on Emerging Business Trends - The panel discussion was moderated by Dr. Parul Sharda and CS (Dr.) Deepti Sharma. A thought-provoking panel discussion of business leaders and academicians including industry experts Dr. Biswanath Swain (Associate Professor IIM Indore), Mr. Manoj Dubey (ICCI Director), Ms. Sruchi Kewal Ramani (Vice President Medilux Laboratory Pvt. Ltd.), CS Ankit Medatwal (Chairman PDC, ICSI), and Ms. Purvi Jain (Manager HR Serosoft) deliberated upon contemporary issues such as digital transformation, sustainability in business, leadership in the 21st century and future trends in global markets.

Students got the opportunity to interact directly with these experts, thereby gaining valuable insights about the latest developments in the business world. Cultural Activities – Celebrating creativity and teamwork, the cultural segment featured dance and music performances by MBA students, which provided a platform for students to showcase their talents beyond academics. These activities are aimed at promoting teamwork, creativity and leadership in a comfortable and engaging environment. Networking opportunities – Throughout the program, students had the chance to network with peers, faculty, alumni and industry professionals.

This networking experience helped them build relationships that would be valuable in their future careers.
