Blood Donation Camp

Blood donation camp was organized on 29th May, 2023 in university campus by the Socio eco club in collaboration with M.Y. hospital Indore and Collectorate on the occasion of Indore Gaurav Divas.

Blood donation camp was organized on 29th May, 2023 in university campus by the Socio eco club in collaboration with M.Y. hospital Indore and Collectorate on the occasion of Indore Gaurav Divas. The event started at 9 AM by a short inaugural function where the team of the doctors from M.Y. Hospital, Dr. D.K. Patnaik (Vice chancellor Medi-caps University) and Virendra Chouhan Sir were present. Then instructions were given to all the Socio-Eco club volunteers by the doctors on how the volunteers can help them. Around 150 volunteers came forward to make the blood donation camp successful and 121 units of blood were collected. Also, a team from Balaji wafers came forward to be a part of this campaign. After the donation the donors were provided with fruits and juices in order to re-energize themselves. Also, a feedback desk was present on which the donors wrote about their experiences from the blood donation camp. After donating blood, all the donors were honored with a certificate. At last respected Program Officer Sir Dr. P. Hari Krishna resented the doctors with momentous and flowers and a small photo session was arranged.

Medi-Caps University Innovation & Incubation (MII) Foundation and IIT, Indore organised two days start up Boot Camp sponsored by MP start up centre, Indore from 31 January 2023 to 1 February 2023.

Medi-Caps University Innovation & Incubation (MII) Foundation and IIT, Indore organised two days start up Boot Camp sponsored by MP start up centre, Indore from 31 January 2023 to 1 February 2023.The Boot Camp will be conducted by experts from IIT, Indore. In this Boot Camp 21 students participated of Commerce and Management Department. Start-up Bootcamp and MII foundation were inaugurated by Honourable Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) D.K. Patnaik in the presence of, Pro V C Dr. D.K. Panda, OSD to chancellor Mr. Palash Garg, Registrar Dr. Naveen Dhingra, Ms. Saloni Garg Madam to accompany our highly esteemed Chief Guest Dr. R. Swaminathan, CEO, ACE Foundation, Mr. Rajeev Pandey, CFO and other officials from IIT Indore. Mr. Deepak Bagel, an IIT Bombay alumnus and the pioneer of Honey Bee Web, also graced the event. During the opening session, Dr. R. Swaminathan emphasised the significance and necessity of such boot camps. Students were encouraged to actively participate and discuss topics for which unique solutions may be found. Mr. Arnav Mishra, CEO of the MII Foundation, sensitized the students on the Medi-Caps University innovation policy and pushed them to utilise it for any innovative idea/concept they may have. Dr. Ravindra Pathak was the programs coordinator. Honorable VC sir also congratulated the organizing member Dr.Sarita Kansal, Mr.Ramjanam Singh, Mr.sanjay Jathar , Ms.Upasna Mishra and Ms. Suhana Puri Goswami. Participating institutions were MIIC and E-Cell, Medi-Caps University, Symbosis University, Chameli Devi Group, and Sapphire group Convenor was this programme Ravindra Pathak Mechanical department. Mr. Arnav Mishra MII Foundation Head Expressed gratitude and greeted for all.

I express my heartfelt gratitude to our eminent speaker Shri Devadasan, Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology, Indore, who spared time from his busiest schedule to grace the occasion. Today we had an opportunity to hear his thoughts to spread awareness about Yog amongst all and this will surely be going to encourage us in our life.

A Techno-Cultural and Techno-Management fest Moonstone 2K23 has been organized from 6th to 8th April in central India’s most proficient academic division Medicaps University.

A Techno-Cultural  and Techno-Management fest Moonstone 2K23 has been organized from 6th to 8th April in central India’s most proficient academic division Medicaps University. The University is blessed with the techno-minds and esthetic hearts which are always eager to explore and experiment. The zeal and passion for the fest; especially for the inaugural ceremony on 6 April on the cricket ground was extraordinarily remarkable. It was festooned with the parade of NSS cadets and representation of all clubs. The benign presence of the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Prof.(Dr.) Dilip.K. Patnaik along with dignitaries, Deans, HoDs and staff members and students were present on that occasion. The celebration started with the Medi-Caps Anthem. A Formal floral welcome of all guests and dignitaries was followed by lighting the torch of sportsmanship and team spirit by the honorable Vice Chancellor and the fest was announced open. The torch was carried out by the head of Medi-Caps University Athletics and Sports Association (MAASA).  The program was adorned with a captivating performance of Bharatnatyam which was adding an artistic flavor to the techno fest. Vice-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Dilip.K Patnaik acclaimed faculties effort, students efforts and wished the fest to be a memorable event for Medicapsians. 

With Moonstone, a new journey started with popular technical happenings and lots of new cultural and literary proceedings. The campus was decorated exquisitely with the nuances techno-management props and articles which were adding a chic appearance to campus. Around 60 events were scheduled in the campus for the three days. Students were enthusiastically preparing for the events such as art, dance, music, programming, gaming, sports, quiz, adventure etc. Events like Ringos, Risky Handling, Hunarbaz, Blast the Ballons, 1Min Gol-Gappa, Flirt With Knife, Bollywood ke Dramebaz, The Treasure Hunt Game, Snakes and Ladders, Stand up Comedy and games such as Quizziteria, PS5 FIFA Tournament, were organized under techno management fest in various blocks all over the university. Symphony; vocal and instrumental music program was conducted in the major auditorium at noon in which mesmerized the audience. Accord; the band competition was programmed on the first day of Moonstone in the evening. The alumni of Medi-Caps Shivangi and Yudhveer offered a rocking performance of their team/ band Nokia, the band; FT. SHIVYUDH which created an awesome hype for the rest of the days to come. The splendid events throughout the day garnered the young energy and enthusiasm for the rest of the event.

The purpose of MOU is to strengthen the academic and research activities between both the organization. Students of Forensic Science will opt their project work with them as well as the CDSH will arrange Dental Camp for our students inside the Campus.

Education visit to police control room, Palasiya

I am delighted to inform that today our students visited the Police Control Room Palasiya, Indore.

I am delighted to inform that today our students visited the Police Control Room Palasiya, Indore. The purpose of academic visit was to develop the basic understand the working system of Indore Police in entire jurisdiction area amongst students.The discussion was led by Mr. Subhash Singh DSP, Mr. Abhilash Singh Rajput ASI, Mr. Lalit Avchare ASI. Students were briefly described about the functioning of Dial 100, Women Safety Issue, Civilian observation using more than 200 CCTV Cameras in entire Indore city. Students were benefited by interacting with experienced Police cops and learned various things that are relevant with the Civilian Safety.
