Program Overview
BBA in Human Resources Management is a three-year undergraduate program that enables graduates to develop prowess in managing and enhancing workforce performance in organizations.

The program prepares students with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively manage human resources and promote organizational growth. Students begin with basic topics such as organizational behavior, business communication, and principles of management. They take up advanced subjects such as recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal and compensation management. Practical learning in the form of case studies, internships and role-play exercises helps build interpersonal and leadership skills.
