She holds MBA in Human Resources and B.Tech in Computer Science from Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Indore. She has 2.5 years of corporate experience as an HR Manager in an IT firm. Her teaching philosophy revolves around creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving skills. She believes that every student has the potential to succeed, and it's her responsibility to guide them towards their academic goals. Her research has been recognized, with publications in UGC Care, referred journals and Scopus-indexed journals. In addition, she has published a patent and contributed to the book chapters.
