Dr. Sumeet Prachand is designated as Associate Professor, Department of Pharmaceutical chemistry in Faculty of Pharmacy. He is well known academician and researcher in Pharmaceutical Chemistry. He has expertise in Drug Designing, Docking, and Synthesis of molecules with its characterization with expertise in various docking software like Schrodinger, Dragon, MolegroVirtual Docker & Chem draw. He did his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences - School of Pharmacy, Suresh Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur (NAAC A+)
He has More than 17 years of teaching and research experience and has more than 26 publications in various national and international journals and has more than 45 presentations in various national and international conferences.
He had taught more than 35 subjects in pharmacy in both UG & PG level. He is involved in training and placements for more than 15 years also held various post like academic In charge, Exam Incharge, Training and placement head in previous organization and successfully placed students in various MNC like Cipla, MacLeod?s, Zydus, Alembic IPCA, Alkem, Zydus Hospirira etc
