Dr. Shweta Pandit is a distinguished academic with over 23 years of experience in teaching, quality implementation, and academic administration. She holds a Ph.D., MBA in Human Resources, a Master of Computer Management, and a Master of Arts in English Literature, all from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore. Dr. Pandit has successfully conducted numerous faculty development programs and coordinated an AICTE-sponsored ATAL Faculty Development Program on Business Analytics in 2024. Her research contributions are widely recognized, featuring publications in International Journals, UGC Care and Scopus-indexed journals, as well as a patent and several book chapters. Additionally, she serves as a dedicated research guide, mentoring the next generation of scholars.
