Shilpi Nag is an accomplished academic with over 4 years of experience in teaching and academic development. She holds a B.Tech(CS) from Himachal Pradesh University and an MBA in HR/ Marketing from the Central University of Himachal Pradesh. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD at Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore. She is a member of the Alumni Mentor-Mentee Program at University level, providing guidance and support to students . In addition to her teaching and mentoring roles, Shilpi has been recognized for her research contributions. She was honored with the Best Research Paper Award at the 8th Online International Conference on Sustainable Management Strategies (ICSMS-2024) organized by KIET School of Management, Delhi Ghaziabad. She is actively involved in publishing research in reputed journals and plans to continue contributing to her field through her ongoing PhD research.
