She is an Assistant Professor in the department of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, Medicaps University Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Having 15 years of experience, she has been felicitated twice times by SRIJAN, Bhopal for being instrumental in her teaching. Also she has been awarded as an Outstanding Faculty of Department of Languages by Medicaps University in the year 2023. She is imparting education to Under-Graduate and the Post-Graduate programs in the various streams of Engineering, Management, Science, Commerce, Arts and Humanities. As a diligent and dedicated teaching faculty, she is sharing her knowledge in varied courses viz Communication Skills, Business Communication, Corporate Communication, English Language and English Literature to the budding scholars enabling them to be competent enough to face all the challenges of global world. She is an energetic and result-oriented educator, who grooms students for their communication skills, leadership skills, decision making skills and the people skills via English Language to make them industry driven products.
In terms of educational qualifications, she has done BCom, MA English Lit, M.Phil English Lit, Ph D English Lit. She is awarded the Doctoral Degree (PhD) in English Literature with the research thesis entitled ?A Glimpse of Feminine Sensibility in the Novels of Kamala Markandaya and Margaret Atwood? in November 2016. Besides academics, she is an enthusiastic learner who accomplished eleven certificate courses from the MOOC - Coursera online platform, participated in about thirty three numbers of workshops and FDPs, a week course on Enhancing Soft Skills & Personality from IIT Kanpur, two TEQIPs III from IIT and NIT and having publication of eleven research papers in UGC care and National Journals, till date.
