Dr Ranubala Marothiya is an assistant professor in the department of Languages, Faculty of arts humanities and social sciences, Medicaps University Indore. She is MA Economics, English Literature, Psychology, M Phil, PGCTE and PGDTE from IFLU Hyderabad, B Ed and deploma in management. She is awarded Ph D in Oct. 2016. She has 22 years of teaching experience. 13 research papers published in her name and 3 Book chapters a good number of workshops and FDPs have been attended by her. She has attended some training programmes on Skills enhancement by Infosys BPM Ltd and TCS. She has attended some online non credit courses on Psychology Offered through Coursera. She has delivered around 40 guest lectures for the students on Soft Skills, Personality development and Communication skills program for the students and one for Teachers and convened some workshops. She does write poems and articles and in her credit is a transliterated book originally published in Punjabi to English titled ?Amar Bani? published by Lahor Publisher Ludhiana authored by Dr Col. Karam Singh. She has expertise in teaching English Language, Literature, Communication Skills, Soft Skills and Personality development and has keen fervour for learning things.
