Pooja Patidar is associated with Medicaps university since 2022. She did her MBA in human resources and marketing management (dual specialization) from DAVV in 2016. She is pursuing PhD in humanities and social sciences. Apart from this she has earned a diploma in PGDCA from MCRPV. She has 3 years of UG and PG teaching experience in academics. She has also published her research paper in Scopus indexed journal. Also presented a few research articles in international conferences. Her Area of interest is inclined with General Management, human resource management, Marketing management, industrial relations and labor law.
