Dr. Mousumi Kar Pillai, an alumnus of Manipal University, Manipal, Karnataka, holds PhD from Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur, Rajasthan. She is an Academician with strong administration abilities and zeal towards learning, research, mentoring and teaching students.
She is having an academic experience of more than 19 years during which she served in many institutes she is also the founder member and Chief Learning Stimulator of FTGi having done her MBA in HR Management. As a Research Supervisor she has guided candidates successfully for their postgraduate and doctoral degree. Dr. Mousumi has organized and presented in various national and international level seminars and conferences. She has to her credit 4 books and chapters in publications of repute. She is reviewer and on the editorial board of various national and international journals.
