Mr. Jha holds a B.A. in English (Hons), LL.B. (Silver Medalist), and LL.M. from Chanakya National Law University, Patna. He has qualified UGC NET and has practiced as an advocate before the Hon?ble Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the High Court of Judicature at Patna, and various district courts across the country.
Has had an experience of five-years spanning across the realm of legal industry and academia, Mr. Jha has published numerous research articles in national and international peer-reviewed journals, including Scopus and ABDC-indexed publications. He has also organized and attended various moot court competitions, seminars, workshops, and conferences. Furthermore, he has completed several refresher courses and Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) conducted by UGC HRDC.
Mr. Jha is the author of the book titled Appointment of Judges: Transparency and Independence. His primary areas of interest include Constitutional Law and Procedural Laws.
