Prof. Eshita Sahu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at Medicaps University, Indore (M.P). She has been associated with this Institute since August 2022. Before this Institute she has served various Academic Institutions as an Assistant Professor as Finance and HR Technical trainer in the last 4 years of career. She enjoys teaching Financial Accounts, financial management, Statistics, Research Methodology, Management, Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at UG and PG level. She worked on Accreditation compliance/self-study projects at the University and College level. Earned her MBA in Finance and Human Resource Management from University of Indore (DAVV) and completed Ph.D. in Management from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore (MP) . She has many Research papers published in reputed journals and has presented papers in many National and International conferences. She has attended various workshops and seminars organized by different Management Institutions . She is an independent researcher and her area of research includes Finance, Electronic Human Resource Management, HRD and Training & Development.
