I am a graduate in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from NIT Rourkela, Master's in CSE from VIT Vellore na d PhD in CSE from SPSU.I am a professor in Computer Science and Engineering with more than 25 years of industry and teaching experience. I have worked as Dean-Engineering for more than six and a half years an also shouldered the responsibility of Director of IQAC at Sir Padampat Singhania University, Udaipur. My area of interest includes Computer Vision, AIML and Data Science. I have guided 9 PhD Scholars as Major Supervisor and for four scholars as Co-Supervisors. I have been awarded with best paper awards from Springer and Elsevier. I have more than 50 research publication in Scopus and Web of Science based journals. I have two granted patents(one from Govt of India for 20 years) and the other from Govt of Germany for five years. I have been the chairman of BOS and Member of Academic Council at SPSU. I have BIOTECHNOLOGY IGNITION GRANT SCHEME (BIG) (2021-22) for ?System and Method for Identifying Fruit Shelf Life?. BIRAC Grant of Rs 50 Lakhs(2022-2024).
