Prof. Ajit Kumar Jain completed his graduation in 1991 and went on to earn his Master?s degree in 1994 from MACT Bhopal. He qualified for the GATE exam in 1991, which awarded him a stipend for his M.Tech studies. He is a member of the Institution of Engineers and the Institution of Valuers in India. With 25 years of teaching experience, his research primarily focuses on the application of GIS and Remote Sensing for watershed management. He has published five research papers and holds three patents, one of which has been granted. Additionally, he has a keen interest in ancient techniques of building planning and construction.
