Dr. Bharti Meghani Mishra is IIM-Indore (FDP) Alumni. She has done PhD in Management in training & development from Mohan Lal Sukhadia State University, Udaipur. She has more than 10 years of experience in academics. She has published almost 10 research papers in national and international journals. She has participated in many national and international conferences. She has authored 2 books. In addition, she has published a patent and contributed to the book chapters.
Her areas of research interest are HR practices in organizations, Artificial Intelligence in HRM, Kaizen, Talent Management, work ethics in organizations, entrepreneurship, etc.
