Information Technology

The Department of Information Technology (IT) at Medicaps Institute of Technology and Management was founded in 2000 with a student intake of 60 in the B.E. program.

Medicap University

The intake capacity was increased to 120 in 2006, and in 2007, the M.Tech (IT) program was introduced with 18 seats. Medicaps University was established in 2016, offering 120 seats in B.Tech and 18 seats in M.Tech in Information Technology. The department provides a 4-year B.Tech program and an M.Tech program in IT, as well as a doctoral program.
