- Relieving Certificate in original from your present employer.
- Original certificates of your educational technical/professional qualifications, date of birth and experience along with a Photostat copy of each thereof for verification by the Institute Authority.
- Detailed profile (Bio-data)
- 4 passport size photograph
- Date of Birth Certificate.
- Character certificate (Gazetted Officer / Present Employer)
- PAN, Aadhar and Vaccination Certificate copy
- Production of Medical Certificate of fitness from the Civil Surgeon / Regd. Medical Practitioner.
