RULES:
  1. Above counselling dates depend on declaration of results. Any delays or late declaration of result may cause extension in schedule also.
  2. Early bird admissions are limited and provisional in nature*.
  3. Merit Relaxation would be 10% of the declared merit cut-off for the first round only (Either in Rank/Marks/Percentage as decided by the University) for earlybird candidates*.
  4. Candidate needs to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria given by the state/central government norms**.
  5. Admission application fee of Rs. 1600/- is not refundable in any case.
  6. If a candidate is not satisfied with the program/branch he/she has been offered during allotment and he/she wishes to reappear for the next round then Rs. 500/- will be applicable as processing/counselling charge.
  7. In case a candidate cannot be allotted a branch/program from the list of his/her choice by the University, he/she may apply for the next round without any additional counselling fee.
  8. Candidate can change his/her choice of program/branch/course or any other data till the last date of online form collection for the current round with an Application Form Updation Fee of Rs. 100/- through online/offline mode (whatever is available).
  9. Provisional admission through various rounds will be made after paying the 1st instalment of the annual fee.
  10. Candidate needs to follow the recent selection criteria declared/updated by the University (Round wise).
  11. If the candidate fails to qualify any of the above rules/criteria or the given information is found incorrect/forged then the University retains the rights to cancel the admission.

About Indore City

Indore is a major commercial hub located in the central region of India, in the state of Madhya Pradesh. It has a rich history, dating back to the Maratha period when it was established as a market on the Narmada River Valley road. The city was named after the Indreshwar temple, built in 1741. In the Holkar dynasty, the ruler Devi Ahilya Bai Holkar reconstructed and built temples and ghats all over India, earning Indore the nickname "Ahilya Nagari." Today, Indore is the largest and most densely populated city in Madhya Pradesh and a Tier-2 city in India. The city is home to over 400 industries in the Pithampur Industrial area and is known as the "Detroit of India" due to its strong commercial vehicle manufacturing sector. Indore also boasts Madhya Pradesh Stock Exchange, the third oldest stock exchange in India, and Asia's largest automobile testing track, NATRAX.

In the Maratha period, Bajirao Peshwa gained control over this region and installed his general Malharrao Holkar as the subedar, who laid the foundation of the Holkar dynasty. The ruler of Holkar dynasty, Devi Ahilya Bai Holkar reconstructed and built temples and ghats all over India. Due to these virtues, Indore is also known as Ahilya Nagari. The Krishnapura Chhatris, built on the banks of the Kanh River, are dedicated to the Holkar rulers. In terms of population, it is the largest and most densely populated city of Madhya Pradesh. It comes under Tier-2 cities in India. There are more than 400 industries in Pithampur Industrial area and more than 100 industries of international cooperation.

The major industries of Pithampur Industrial area are commercial vehicle manufacturing and their related industries, it is also called "Detroit of India". India's third oldest stock exchange, Madhya Pradesh Stock Exchange is located in Indore. Being located in the central part of the country, Indore is an important transport hub of the country. National Automobile Testing Track- NATRAX which is Asia's largest automobile testing track is located at Pithampur near Indore. In Prime Minister Narendra Modi's "Smart City Mission", 100 Indian cities have been selected, out of which Indore will also be developed as a smart city. Indore has been the cleanest city of India in the results of the Swachh Survekshan for five consecutive times since 2017, and is determined to get th first number for the sixth time and its preparations have also started, Indore also ranks highest in the country in Water Plus. Along with this, Indore is famous as a center of education where both Indian Institute of Management (IIM Indore) and Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Indore) are established. Indore has been developed as an industrial city. It is also famous in the country from the point of view of food. Chappan. Dukan is also a catering place which has developed into a world class smart and clean market along with bullion.

Accommodation Information

The University has magnificently designed separate hostels for boys and girls each with all modern facilities for boarding and other recreational activities.
Carefully designed structure, the temperature inside the buildings remains comfortable even in extremely hot conditions.
Twenty-four hours security assured. Hostel committee, a student body, manages the hostel.
The Hostel committee in consultation with students takes care of different aspects like hygiene, discipline etc.
