Admission Reporting Procedures

The candidates have to report to the university with the following documents:

(i)                Aadhar Card

(ii)              Bank Pass Book

(iii)             2 Sets of Xerox Copy (Original)/Online Print (If Mark sheet is not Available)

(iv)             10th Mark sheet

(v)              12th Mark sheet

(vi)             Graduation/ Post Graduation Mark sheet (All Semester) [If Applicable]

(vii)           JEE Mains/CAT/GATE/CMAT/Pre-MCA/Applicable Entrance Examination

(viii)          TC (Original)

(ix)             Migration (Original)

(x)              Two Recent Colored Passport Size Photographs

Filled admission form, Bus/Hostel form (If required), Student Records Sheet (Will be provided at the time of reporting)

In addition to the above documents, the candidates have to submit the fees by cheque/DD/Online Transfer as under:

Hostel Fees (Optional)

         I.            First Installment: Rs. 37,500/-  

        II.            Second Installment: Rs. 35,000/-


Bus Fees (Optional)

Coming from

Geeta Bhavan or Bada Ganpati:         Rs. 15,000/-

Coming beyond above distance:        Rs. 17,000/-

From Mhow:                                          Rs. 9000/-

From Pithampur:                                   Rs. 11,000/-

From Dewas:                                          Rs. 21,000/-




1)       The candidate will be guided by the admission team to complete the admission formalities.

2)       After completion of all the formalities the student has to collect the fees receipt & the Admission Slip.

3)       Original Mark Sheets will be required only for the verification purpose and will be returned back to the candidate.

4)       Original TC & Migration will be kept by the University.
